Gary Moore is such a legend! he’s the one person i would really like to be like as a guitarist (because no drugs and he didn’t like party life) and obviously the great playing. one of a kind!!!

@AnimeNikkiParamore its like having a plectrum/pick on each of your fingers. Much brighter and louder sound. I can’t even think of playing without long fingernails now, it makes a huge difference

I’ve never paid much attention to or known much about flamenco guitar until now, but I love this music and flamenco guitarists are some of the best in the world, and it unfortunate that they get very little recognition considering their amazing techincal skills and compositions.

The nails of the fingers that press the strings down against the finger board must be short enough to allow the
best angle for clarity of sound and still avoid unintended contact with other strings.
In Flamenco the nails of the Right Hand are long to best allow a strong, and bright attack.

No denying the skill in this magnificent playing – I can’t help noticing that his L.hand pinkie does not always get right up to the fret though, kind of gives me hope as my stretch is pathetic !!
