Don’t know if you read these but I thought I’d just let you know that you are one of my favorite youtubers. When I first sat down to learn roughly four months ago, you were the first person I watched. Since then, you’re the only teacher I watch I love the way you break things down to it’s simplest level. I love how your personality and comedic style is almost identical to mine. I love your beard. Why can’t I pull off facial hair like that?

Are there any differences when it comes to different string materials? I mean… the resistance of the strings so that the bending does not affect the string life. Also, recommendation for the right string material? :-/

I’ve been playing for awhile, only familiar with basic chords and able to strum and sing, but I didn’t feel myself progressing. I just discovered your channel last night while searching for “Karma Police” chords and found your tutorial. It took me a long time and a lot of rewinding, watching segments over and over and writing down everything you said– looking up chords and writing out a chart for myself… but I learned the song and felt so good about it. You really helped me; thank you!!!
