I think you could play it even faster if you didn’t do two consecutive down strokes with the right hand at the beginning of the phrase. I don’t mean to pick…you’re awsome….its just something that I noticed about the technique.

@SubliminalGlue You are supposed to hold it between your thumb and the outside of your index finger. At 1:30, he seems to be holding it between his index finger, middle finger, and thumb.
