JamGuitar.Net – Hey everybody looking for a great way to learn guitar? These 8 important tips are just a few of the really important ones that have really helped me get better at guitar over the years. Keep them in mind and you’ll progress much faster! http – And if you’re looking for a program that will take care of everything you need to learn guitar, you should check out the link above. I’ve seen lots of programs but this is the only one I’ve used a lot to learn, and it works great and keeps you interested in playing. This is a commercial guide and it costs a bit of money. I’m involved with the company, too, just to let you know and the above is an affiliate link. But that doesn’t change my opinion about it – it is the only thing I’ve ever used to play guitar. Other than that, remember to practice correctly and practice often! Good luck, and take care! Hope you enjoyed the video!

HEY I am 49 (50 in Dec.) I keep thinking the more I buy the better I will get, LOL I have a Les Paul, a Kenny Wayne Shepherd Strat, an Ibanez Js, an Ibanez Vai acoustic, Line 6 tue amp, and a big collection of pedals. Great!!! but my practice is sporadic and I dont know the basics. I keep lokking up videos on youtube try for a while then give up when I can’t play these songs. I need the basics and good practice habits. I first wanted to learn when I saw the Beatles on Ed Sullivan. WOW

@fenome16 If you play lefty, you should get a lefty guitar. The thick low E string should be the string closest to your face when you look down at the guitar. You could reverse the strings, but you’ll also have to reverse the bridge and the nut, and hitting the higher frets will likely be impossible because of the shape of the body of the guitar. Flipping the chords isn’t a good idea I don’t think. Good luck though!

I’m currently 15 now and I’ve wanted to learn to play guitar since I was 7. I got my dad to buy me a guitar and everything and I started to play everyday without a teacher. I tried to learn by myself because my dad told me it was too expensive for a teacher so I practiced but I gave up because I learned absolutely nothing. Few days ago I saw my old guitar in my closet and I decided to pick it up again. Someone told me I could just learn from YouTube so thanks for that website and this video
